CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., the parent company for Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s, consolidated its legal team somewhat this month after promoting its general counsel, Charles A. Seigel III, to chief legal officer. Seigel will retain the title of general counsel and lead a legal department of eight.
