4th District Court of Appeal Justice Thomas Hollenhorst to retire
Justice Thomas E. Hollenhorst, who pioneered the use of tentative opinions, announced his decision to retire Tuesday from the 4th District Court of Appeal in Riverside, ending 45 years of public service. His final day with the court is Aug. 1.
