Munger Tolles helps Berkshire Hathaway with $2.05 billion metalworks buy
Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP represented Omaha, Neb.-based Berkshire Hathaway Inc. in its $2.05 billion purchase of the 20 percent of Israeli metalworking giant IMC International Metalworking Cos. it didn't already own from IMC's founding family, the Wertheimers.
The deal was announced Wednesday.
