Sullivan & Cromwell LLP represented Thousand Oaks-based biotechnology company Amgen Inc. in its acquisition of Onyx Pharmaceuticals Inc. Onyx, headquartered in South San Francisco, was advised by Goodwin Procter LLP. The $10.4 billion deal was announced Sunday.
