Fenwick assists software maker in $25 million acquisition
Fenwick and West LLP represented Sunnyvale-based security software maker Proofpoint Inc. in its acquisition of Armorize Technologies Inc., an antimalware developer headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. The $25 million deal was announced Friday.
