Kevin Kish

Bet Tzedek Los Angeles Specialty: employee rights


Kish has been devoting his energy to an employment rights clinic he launched at Loyola Law School last year.


Students get the opportunity to investigate claims of retaliation by employees involved in workplace disputes. The students submit their recommendations on the cases to the state Labor Commission.


While the model has been adopted by law professors elsewhere in the state, Kish said the clinic could be a good fit for schools around the nation.
