Sidley Austin LLP represented San Jose-based e-commerce company eBay Inc. in its $800 million acquisition of Braintree Payment Solutions LLP. The all-cash deal was announced Sept. 26. Boston-based Choate Hall & Stewart LLP counseled Braintree.
