Beverly Myres won a partial victory in her wrongful termination lawsuit against the San Francisco Housing Authority Tuesday, with the jury returning a verdict finding her former employer liable for harassment but not liable for claims of retaliation and unlawful discharge.
The jury issued Myres, who was represented by Heidi A. Machen of San Francisco, an award of $35,000.
