Judge approves Facebook settlement, trims plaintiffs' attorney fees

Plaintiff attorneys' will receive a little less than $5 million on the $20 million class settlement stemming from Facebook's use of names and likeness in advertisements.

A federal judge knocked down a plaintiff attorneys' requested fees to a little less than $5 million Monday, but approved a $20 million class action settlement for Facebook Inc.'s use of names and likeness in connection with advertisements.
