Objectors set sights on $1.6 billion Toyota unintended acceleration settlement

Notices of appeal are streaming in as objectors to the massive $1.6 billion settlement in the federal class action over alleged unintended acceleration in Toyota vehicles take their claims to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
