Bradley I. Kramer makes a compelling argument to drug test lawyers in his column, "Drug Test Doctors! Drug Test Lawyers!!" (Aug. 22). However, I am not sure that all lawyers are engaged in such high-risk practices as doctors with hospital privileges who make life and death decisions everyday or operate on patients where impairment can have tragic outcomes.
