Gibson Dunn, MoFo counsel on $2.8 billion casino operator acquisition


Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP represented Paradise, Nev.-based casino operator Ameristar Casinos Inc. in its $2.8 billion sale to Pinnacle Entertainment Inc., a gaming and hospitality company headquartered in Spring Valley, Nev. Morrison & Forester LLP advised Pinnacle on the deal, which closed on Aug. 14.
