O'Melveny guides Exar Corp. in purchase of industrial microchip maker
O'Melveny & Myers LLP represented Fremont-based semiconductor maker Exar Corp. in its acquisition of Cadeka Microcircuits Inc., an industrial microchip manufacturer with headquarters in Loveland, Colo. and Wuxi, China. The $29 million cash and stock deal closed July 5 and was announced Monday.
