O'Melveny helps with Xradia acquisition
O'Melveny & Myers LLP represented Pleasanton-based 3-D X-ray microscope maker Xradia Inc. in its sale to Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, an optics manufacturer headquartered in Oberkochen, Germany. Financial details were not disclosed. The deal was announced June 13. Carl Zeiss' attorneys could not be reached for comment.
