Latham & Watkins LLP represented Short Hills, N.J.-based private equity firm Energy Capital Partners II LLC in its intent to purchase Salt Lake City-based EnergySolutions Inc. for $1.1 billion.


Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates provided counsel to EnergySolutions, which provides nuclear waste management.
