Bingham McCutchen LLP promoted Janice A. Liu and Camarin E.B. Madigan to partner in Los Angeles and San Francisco, respectively. Liu focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and shareholder activism. Madigan focuses on energy, land use, natural resources, environmental and real estate law. Both were previously counsel at the firm.
