Richard David Comess, 62, Monrovia (Sept. 25, 2012) - Comess was disbarred for failing to comply with the conditions attached to his disciplinary probation. Comess failed to file a response to the notice of disciplinary charges (NDC), and his default was thereafter entered. He then failed to respond to the petition for disbarment or to move to set aside or vacate the default.
