David Chipman Venie, 38, Albuquerque, N.M (Oct. 27) - In a Review Department opinion, Venie was suspended for 90 days and placed on two years' probation for sending misleading advertising to prison inmates in a manner that was false, misleading, deceptive, intended to confuse the recipients of the advertising and engaging in acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption.
