Westcore Properties bought a three-building, multitenant business park in Union City. The 170,086-square-foot development, called Central Plaza, is at 33300-33450 Alvarado-Niles Road and 33500-33580 Central Ave. It includes warehouse, office and retail space. The property is 58 percent occupied.
