On Feb. 1, 2011, Aulis pled guilty to a felony violation of Penal Code Section 470 for committing forgery. The crime of forgery is a serious one involving moral turpitude. On June 25, 2011, the State Bar transmitted evidence that Aulis' conviction was final.
