Facebook Inc. snagged Joshua Smith as co-lead privacy counsel. He shares the title with Edward Palmieri and will report to deputy general counsel Colin Stretch.
Facebook nabs counsel from Yahoo
Facebook Inc. snagged Joshua Smith as co-lead privacy counsel. He shares the title with Edward Palmieri and will report to Deputy General Counsel Colin Stretch. The addition comes on the heels of the acquisition of Spencer Gusick as lead intellectual property counsel. Smith joins the firm from Yahoo Inc., where he was senior legal director of privacy. Gusick came to Facebook from Pandora Media Inc.
