DLA Piper helps Jamba buy tea company
Emeryville-based Jamba Inc. turned to DLA Piper for its purchase of Chicago-based Talbott Teas. Jamba is the parent company of smoothie purveyor Jamba Juice. Terms were not disclosed. East Palo Alto partners Eric H. Wang and Torrie C. Nute led the DLA Piper team. Jamba was advised in-house by Victoria Pedersen and Selena R. Medlen.
