Scott Cummings McKee, 52, Burbank (Aug. 25) - McKee was suspended for six months and placed on five years' probation for failing to maintain client funds in trust, misappropriation of client funds, engaging in acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption and failing to obey a court order.
