Foreclosure matters consolidated in one department in SF court
Starting next month, all pre-trial motions involving foreclosures will be heard in a different department at San Francisco County Superior Court.

Starting next month, all pre-trial motions involving foreclosures will be heard in a different department at San Francisco County Superior Court.
Effective Jan. 3, foreclosure matters will be heard by Judge Ronald E. Quidachay in Department 501, Presiding Judge Katherine Feinstein announced Tuesday. Currently, Judge Harold E. Kahn hears those cases in the Law and Motion department.
