Senate confirms 9th Circuit judge.
The Senate confirmed Alaska Supreme Court Justice Morgan Christen’s nomination to join the 9th U.S. Court of Appeals on a 95-3 vote Thursday.

The Senate confirmed Alaska Supreme Court Justice Morgan Christen?s nomination to join the 9th U.S. Court of Appeals on a 95-3 vote Thursday.
