Sacramento court executive retiring

After serving in administrative positions for the Sacramento County Municipal Court, in 1992 Dennis Jones became the first executive officer of the consolidated Sacramento superior and municipal courts .

SACRAMENTO - Dennis B. Jones, who is retiring as executive officer of the Sacramento Superior Court, has one regret.


"I wish I was able to stay around and find a magic bullet to the budget problems," he said. "I am a fixer, and I wasn't able to fix this."
