SAP to buy SuccessFactors for $3.4 billion

Jones Day helped German enterprise software giant SAP AG in a proposed buy of San Mateo-based SuccessFactors Inc. for $3.4 billion in a deal announced on Saturday. The buy comes as the cloud computing sector is seeing increased activity.

PALO ALTO - Jones Day helped German enterprise software giant SAP AG in a proposed buy of San Mateo-based SuccessFactors Inc. for $3.4 billion in a deal announced on Saturday. The buy comes as the cloud computing sector is seeing increased activity.
