Bryan Cave acquires Holme Roberts
Bryan Cave LLP, which employs more than 1,000 lawyers and consultants in 25 offices worldwide, has officially acquired Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen LLP.

Business and litigation firm Bryan Cave LLP, which employs more than 1,000 lawyers and consultants in 25 offices worldwide, has officially acquired Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, according to sources inside both firms.
Contacted Monday, Holme Roberts Chief Marketing Officer Mary C. Kimber said details about the acquisition would be released Tuesday. She declined to comment on the deal.
