Women lawyers group hosts ‘Dress for Success’
On Nov. 17, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles’ Law Student Mentoring Committee co-sponsored ‘Dress for Success’ with Banana Republic, NYX Cosmetics and Pincus Professional Education. The event took place in the Banana Republic store at the Century City Mall and featured a mini fashion show to illustrate appropriate “business,” “business casual” and “casual” looks. Banana Republic also provided several wardrobe stylists for one-on-one consultations on appropriate attire for the courtroom, the boardroom, the office and other professional events. — David McAfee
