LOS ANGELES - Veteran San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge Margaret A. Powers, who was instrumental in starting a domestic violence court in Victorville, has retired.
Powers, 66, stepped down Wednesday after 20 years on the bench, most recently as supervising judge of the Barstow District.
