Thinh Van Doan, 54. Westminster (June 13) - Doan was suspended for 90 days and placed on two years' probation for failing to maintain client funds in trust, failing to pay out client funds promptly, commingling funds and engaging in acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption.
