Scott Smith Furstman, 61, San Jose (June 27) - Furstman was suspended for one year and placed on three years' probation for failing to maintain client funds in trust, engaging in acts of moral turpitude, dishonesty or corruption and failing to cooperate with a State Bar investigation.
