Two advocacy groups for the disabled joined the growing list of plaintiffs suing California over health care budget cuts, filing suit Wednesday over reduced state reimbursements for programs that serve people with developmental disabilities.
Gov. Jerry Brown's 2011-12 budget includes a 10 percent cut in Medi-Cal reimbursements, or $1.4 billion.
