Toyota Plaintiffs Buy Time to Add Economic Loss Claims

A federal judge has given plaintiffs' lawyers suing Toyota Motor Corp. a second chance to hammer out economic loss claims against the automaker, after they failed to cram all the various nationwide claims related to unintended acceleration problems into one consolidated complaint.
