Practice Chair Jumps from Pillsbury in S.F.
Partner Gary Downs joined Nixon Peabody's affordable housing practice in San Francisco from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he led the public finance practice and co-led the affordable housing practice. His practice also focuses on commercial real estate and related financing transactions. He'll work in Nixon Peabody's regulatory and real estate department.
