Ex-MoFo Partner Pleads Not Guilty

A former Morrison & Foerster partner and his wife pleaded not guilty Thursday to felony charges in connection with an alleged scheme to bill the San Francisco Unified School District, the firm and its insurance provider for nearly $400,000.

SAN FRANCISCO - A former Morrison & Foerster partner and his wife pleaded not guilty Thursday to felony charges in connection with an alleged scheme to bill the San Francisco Unified School District, the firm and its insurance provider for nearly $400,000 in fake services for their autistic son.
