Two Nominated for U.S. Judge

President Obama on Thursday named two Californians - U.S. Magistrate Judge Anthony Joseph Battaglia and Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge Edward J. Davila - to federal district judgeships, to fill vacancies in the Southern and Northern districts of California.
