A major geothermal energy project broke ground this week in Imperial County, made possible by a $400 million debt and equity finance deal sealed with the help of attorneys from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, Winston & Strawn, Latham & Watkins and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
