O'Melveny Advises on Gamer Deal

Partner Paul Sieben and associates Sofia Lou and Robert Liu represented Acclaim Games Inc. in the game developers' acquisition by Playdom Inc.

Social gaming company Playdom Inc. acquired Los Angeles-based game developer Acclaim Games Inc. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

O'Melveny & Myers partner Paul Sieben and associates Sofia Lou and Robert Liu represented Acclaim in the deal.
