Microsoft, VirnetX Settle for $200M

Microsoft Corp. agreed Monday to pay Scotts-Valley based VirnetX Holding Co. $200 million to settle lawsuits over the Redmond, Wa.-based technology giant's patent infringement.

Microsoft Corp. agreed Monday to pay Scotts Valley-based VirnetX Holding Co. $200 million to settle lawsuits over the Redmond, Wa.-based technology giant's infringement of the smaller company's patents on establishing virtual privacy networks over the Internet.
