Limits on Pot Possession Struck Down
The California Supreme Court Thursday struck down as unconstitutional the limits the state legislature imposed on how much medical marijuana patients could have.

The California Supreme Court Thursday struck down as unconstitutional the limits the state legislature imposed on how much medical marijuana patients could have.
California lawmakers erred when they tried to limit medical marijuana users to eight ounces of dried pot and a specified number of cannabis plants, the court ruled.
