Judge Stays Saban Case

A judge has ruled that a lawsuit filed by a former entertainment lawyer against media mogul Haim Saban over tens of millions of dollars sitting in a Viennese bank account will be stayed for at least six months.

LOS ANGELES - A judge has ruled a lawsuit filed by a former entertainment lawyer against media mogul Haim Saban over tens of millions of dollars sitting in a Viennese bank account will be put on hold for at least six months until an Austrian court decides which of the two men will get the money.
