MoFo Scores Deal With Breast Implant Company
Morrison & Foerster scored big on a $1.07 billion cash tender offer involving a company that creates breast implants. The firm represented Santa Barbara-based Mentor Corp. in its acquisition by New Brunswick, N.J.-based pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson.
