Here are summaries of lawyer disciplinary actions taken recently by the state Supreme Court or the Bar Court, listing attorney by name, age, city of residence and date of the court's action.
RESIGNATIONS
Kendall Lee Byrd, 67, Murrieta (May 13) - Byrd resigned from the bar on August 10, 2007, with disciplinary charges pending. The resignation was accepted without prejudice to further disciplinary proceedings should Byrd seek reinstatement.
The order took effect June 12.
