Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger appointed Ruben Smith, a shareholder with the law firm Adorno Yoss Alvarado & Smith, to the California Housing Finance Agency Board of Directors. From 1987 to 1993, Smith was a shareholder with McKittrick, Jackson, DeMarco & Peckenpaugh
