SUSPENSIONS
Andrew Ellis Rubin, 58, Los Angeles (Oct. 1) - Rubin was suspended for 90 days for failing to comply with conditions to a private reproval.
In July 2006, Rubin received a private reproval for failing to comply with a Supreme Court order. Conditions to the discipline required Rubin to contact the State Bar probation office, to file quarterly probation reports, to complete State Bar ethics school and to take and pass...
