Orange County Trial Judge Takes Helm of National Association of Jurists
Orange County Superior Court Judge Tam Nomoto Schumann discovered the American Judges Association in 2002 and by the next year, she was on its board.
SANTA ANA - Orange County Superior Court Judge Tam Nomoto Schumann discovered the American Judges Association in 2002 and by the next year, she was on its board.
This month, Schumann took over as president of the AJA, the largest national judges organization in the country.
"I was just so impressed with the judges," she said about her first contact with the group. "They were just so warm in their welcome."
