I read with interest the article about proposed restructure to the court's mediation panel and felt compelled to respond ("Bar Group Seeks to Restructure Court's Mediation Panel," May 20). As a full-time mediator for the past four years and a member of the court's panel over that same period, I have observed little interest in and less action toward meaningful change.
