Startup Docstoc.com Is the YouTube of Legal Documents

Jason Nazar took his joint law degree and master's degree in business from Pepperdine University to launch Docstoc.com, a free Web site similar to YouTube that takes user-generated business documents, rather than videos, to share and download among users.
