LOS ANGELES - Judge Michael S. Mink will convene the first of four juror-sanction hearings Friday for North Central District citizens who have not responded to jury-service notices mailed on three occasions to their last known addresses. Friday's hearing will begin at 11 a.m. in Department B of the Burbank Courthouse.
